Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The ambience is what we would have expected but we would have liked to sit on the terrace facing the canal. We were told it has been closed since Covid. Too bad as it would have made for a pleasant experience. Our server was excellent and very attentive. The Sea Bass I ordered lacked flavour but everyone else’s meal were great. The only other annoyance was being charged $15 for self park after having dropped over $500 for our meal. Regards

    We had a great dinner. Oysters very fresh followed by an excellent veal shop cooked to perfection. Delicious Sparragus al dente. Robert very attentive with service. Great atmosphere

    The food was amazing. We tried the crab cakes, the aged NY and Filet Mignon that were delicious. Andrea provided an extraordinary experience to us! Loved the place!

    Best Christmas dinner. Food was amazing, they were able to sit ua earlier. The Stolj Dolí is a must!!! Desserts to go. We are coming back

    The service in general was ok although they messed up with cutting the steak!!!!, the signature steak was cooked to perfection. However, one ribeye steak we ordered medium was served well-done. Although they replaced it, the new one was closer to medium-well. Unfortunately, the quality of the meat didn’t justify the $85 price tag—it tasted more like something you’d buy at a grocery store. My experience at The Capital Grille in Boston was exceptional and high-quality, so this visit in Miami was a bit disappointing given the premium pricing. The quality service is not just refilling the glass of water every 20 seconds and miscommunication of the order to the kitchen and disrupting the potential pleasant Christmas Eve. Simply a quality steakhouse is about caring about these details: the quality of meat, how to cook, cutting or not!!!! Please do not reply with a standard marketing answer to this message.

    We had the great pleasure of dinning again during Christmas Eve. Our Waiter Johnathan was extremely helpful with menu selections and specials. Everything was delicious . Everyone was very polite and professional during our dinning experience. We will definitely be back again.

    We had a great dinner at the bar with perfect service by Jen and Daniel. The Seafood Tower was as fresh as it gets and management was able to quickly process a ton of gift cards for us to make the game on time.
