Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Fabulous business lunch outside in the covered patio on a gorgeous day. Perfectly cooked food with great service from our experienced server. All 4 of us were impressed … and left full. Amazing!

    Staff was superb. Outdoor seating was a plus, however the ceiling fans were inoperable due to an electric heater melting one of them. The fan was hanging overhead, melted, preventing the remaining fans to cool the guests. Food was excellent.

    Incredible Wagyu burgers with Duckhorn wine event. We were a little disappointed in the calamari appetizer, as it was a bit tough for the chewing. However, our server, Tristan, was so nice and accommodating. We will be back ! Would have liked a table visit from the manager on duty, but oh well…it wasn’t in the cards for us this night.

    Pepe our server was nice. Great early lunch. Always great steaks at the Cap! We had a lunch $30 entree with salad. Perfect and worth the value. Had my fist Stolie Doli...great recommendation....
