Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Always an awesome experience at The Capital Grill. Our server Chris gave us just the right amount of attention to make our anniversary dinner perfect.

    We celebrated my birthday tonight with our adult children and their spouses. I can’t even begin to say how wonderful the evening was. The service exceeded our expectations and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything that we ordered was amazing. There were 6 of us and everything that we ordered was amazing. We will definitely go back again soon. We have never been disappointed with the food and service at Capital Grill. The Valet parking was also excellent.

    It is not as good as it used to be to be. The crab cake now has lobster and I miss the original. The steak was ok and the asparagus jaws not the big stocks as in the past. The value is not what it use to be. It will be a long time before I return

    We love going to the Capital Grille. Used to be for special occasions but now we go as often as we can. They have specials from time to time. This would be a great way to check them out. Their filet mignon is outstanding!

    Another fantastic meal. It’s just never disappoints. You may go for steak but, the sea bass is a must.

    Capital Grille is an excellent place for all the best of everything! We had a little issue with one of our dinner selections, and Chris, our amazing waiter was quick to make things right! The attention to detail, the ambience and food presentation is bar none! Bravo!
