Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Valentine’s Day Lunch at The Capital Grille – A Delightful Experience Our Valentine’s Day lunch at The Capital Grille was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, with our server, Kenneth, standing out as a true professional—attentive without being intrusive. The food was cooked to absolute perfection, and the dirty martini with Grey Goose was crafted flawlessly. While there were two minor hiccups—no valet service at lunch and an initial seating mix-up—the staff handled it graciously, quickly accommodating our request for a booth. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that we’d gladly repeat. Highly recommend!

    Carlos was an outstanding server and everyone’s food was PERFECT! Some of the best steak in town. Treated like rockstars and right next to State Theater where we saw a concert after!

    Spectacular service. First steak was slightly overdone, but server immediately recognized this after glancing at my plate and promptly had a new cut prepared.

    First time dining at The Capital Grille. The food, ambience and service were exceptional! Nia, our server, was attentive without being. This will one of our “go to” special occasion restaurants!
