Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     My family and I had an absolutely amazing experience at Capital Grille, from the food to the service and the drinks everything was spot on. We interacted with multiple servers and even a manager and they were all outstanding, great conversations, funny jokes overall just a phenomenal dinner! We will be back.

    Caitlin was excellent, courteous, efficient and so pleasant. She made my friends birthday happier. I bring my family and friends to Capital Grill for special occasions. We are full time residents in Jupiter so we come often. Never disappointed, always lovely. Food delicious and service superior. Thank you

    Still one of the best steakhouses in the country. My companions and I each had filets, which were all delicious. All sides and salads were great. And special shout out to our server, Marco who was highly attentive, charming, and who pointed out to one of my dining companions that he accidentally doubled gratuity…HOW MENSCH-Y was that???! Always will be my first choice locally for steak.

    What can I say that has not already been said. The capital grill in Palm Beach Gardens is second to none. From service to food , they are the best. I’ve eaten in many steakhouses and find this Capital Grill outstanding. Can’t wait to go back. Arnie
