Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Vio was great. We went for our engagement celebration just me and my fiance and it is clear he had much experience with special occasions and serving overall. He also was personable and gave us the necessary attention despite it being busy. I love the lobster Mac and cheese but this time there was very little lobster in it and the server addressed it promptly with no issues. Overall would go again and ask for him.

    The food is delicious and a good quality. The noise from the kitchen was loud. I felt our server had to many tables. She was lovely and helpful, but slow due to the fact she was very busy.

    We celebrated a milestone birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We were able to enjoy our three hour dinner at the pace we wanted. We weren’t rushed at all and had the most fabulous dinner evening. I would highly recommend Capital Grille and if at all possible, ask for Jackson as your server. We enjoyed him immensely and felt like we made a friend.

    Had a great experience at the Capital Grill. Amparo, our server was very attentive and knew the menu well. Anthony, the manager on duty was incredibly helpful in providing additional suggestions and perfecting our meal. Highly recommend!

    Always enjoy dinner @ TCG, however tonight’s experience was even more enjoyable due to the extraordinary level of service provided by Jay Gomez. She was attentive, yet not hovering…her passion for her job & serving other’s was commendable. She genuinely loves her job, & went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect from the extra stuffed olives, to shared salad that she asked if we wanted “chopped” to the kind gesture of of “NC” celebration tray (dessert). My wife & I have not had service like this since we last dined @ Bern’s Steakhouse in Tampa, Florida. Well done TCG, valet, reception, food & especially Jay made for a night in which we really got more than our monies worth. See U Soon TCG PBG FL.
