Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     There is no better restaurant than Capital Grille. The attention to detail, the service, choices, and the food is always cooked to perfection. David the managing partner, Jarel who took care of us, and the staff, made for a memorable and delicious dining experience.     Unusually poor experience. Service was slow and lackluster. Entre was overcooked. Med rare NY Strip was over seared and cooked closer to well-done, leading to a bland, tough slab that I left half eaten. The lobster tail was equally disappointing. It was tough and lacked much flavor. I'm not the type to send food back as I don't want to spoil the atmosphere for my party, but this meal was terrible. They were really off their game this visit.

    It was a birthday celebration for me and My friend. Although it was quite busy with other customers, our server, Gabriela was quite attentive and very pleasant. She was very informative and suggestive on menu choices. We had a very good time and wasn’t rushed to leave. We will definitely be going again. Thank you Gabriela for making our dinner experience great.

    Atmosphere and service were excellent. I had the cocktail shrimp: delicious and fresh and for entree I had the lamb chops also great. Unfortunately one of our guests filet mignon was overcooked, but everything else was good.

    We recently celebrated Taylor’s birthday at The Capital Grille in Paramus, and the experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and ensured the evening was special. The ambiance was elegant yet comfortable, setting the perfect tone for our celebration. Our meal began with the Pan-Fried Calamari with Hot Cherry Peppers, a delightful starter that was both flavorful and perfectly cooked. For the main course, we indulged in the dry-aged steaks, which were cooked to perfection and melted in our mouths. The Lobster Mac ‘N’ Cheese side dish was rich and creamy, complementing our entrees wonderfully. To accompany our meal, we selected a bottle from their extensive wine list, which features over 350 selections. The sommelier’s recommendation was spot-on, enhancing the flavors of our dishes. The service was impeccable throughout the evening. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and ensured that Taylor’s birthday was memorable, even surprising us with a complimentary dessert to mark the occasion. Overall, The Capital Grille in Paramus exceeded our expectations, providing a dining experience that was both luxurious and inviting. We look forward to returning for future celebrations.

    Birthday luncheon with my daughter. The experience from the moment we valet parked to the time we left was was very good. The food was excellent except for the New England clam chowder that was a little watery and lacked taste. As mentioned before the service was “top notch” as was the desert treat provided compliments of the restaurant. Capital Grille does a very nice job recognizing a special occasion. Price was moderate for a luncheon menu Would definitely return for lunch in the future.
