Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     It has been a few years since I’ve dined here, and this wonderful restaurant with its excellent menu and impeccably provided service are still as memorable. The roasted beet salad with goat cheese was perfectly dressed, and the seared scallops with lobster and asparagus risotto were to die for. I’ll be back here the next time I’m in Philly!!

    The portions are smaller and I didn’t think it was worth the money. Overall, experience was okay.

    Our reservation was at 8:15. When we arrived the lady said they were running 10 minutes late and we believed her. We ended up waiting until 8:50, standing by the door. It was cramped and deafening. Nobody cared. We did not know whether they will sit us at any minute or never. It was terrible. A young lady, who was waiting standing next to us, took her hair brush out and started brushing her hair at least 15 times. We should have left. The restaurant attracts strange people. Our waiter, Rafael, was nice and the filet mignon was good. But I am not going back.

    classic steak house. good service, good food, expensive but most steak houses are the same. it was our anniversary and we received a free glass of Champaine and dessert and a congratulations note on our table. a very nice touch.

    I surprised my partner with birthday dinner here and the experience was AMAZING. The drinks were delicious, our food was even better (dry aged steak & lamb chops cooked to perfection) and dessert was the sweet touch we needed!

    Good dining experience at Capital Grille. Server, Kelly is top notch and our dishes (Surf and turf and salad and lobster/crabcake appetizer) were excellent. Just wished that this great restaurant had more variety to its menu. The main menu doesn't seem to change much. It should. Other than that everything else was excellent.

    I love Capital Grill - we came after a busy day at the women’s conference in Philly and our waiter was very condescending about being on our phone - we had to answer a few business texts and I did not appreciate his tone.

    We were in Philadelphia to visit our son who is working there. Very nice place for a family dinner. The food was very good and the service was excellent. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for the food was because they did not have a ribeye selection that was not bone-in.

    Incredible food and service, the Ahi Tuna and strip steak were off the charts. Our wait staff, Stephen Cal was top notch!
