Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We were celebrating my 73rd birthday and everyone made us feel very special. From a birthday card and a free beautiful dessert tray to the impeccable service and decorated table the night was amazing! Truly a memory maker! The ribeye with a balsamic glaze was so tender, juicy and full of flavor! As per usual the asparagus and creamed corn perfect! Our server Susan was so attentive, fun and very knowledgeable. Susan brought it all together! Can’t wait to come back!

    Excellent as always. Thanks Capital Grille for making my friend's 60th birthday celebration so special. Setting up the private dining table and decorating it was above and beyond. Making me a burger off the menu was so great! Our service was amazing, food was amazing. Your restaurant always exceeds expectations.

    Had a great experience, went there for my parents anniversary. They had the table prepared already inviting them with a flower on the table, and then presented a wonderful dessert table wishing him a happy anniversary loved the experience.

    As always Capital Grill provides the ultimate in dinning experience. Professional, knowledgable & friendly. The food is always amazing and this trip was no different.
