Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Koy served us and he was fabulous! He made the evening enjoyable. The food was good but the steaks were cooked Pittsburgh style with a more form outside edge and even finish throughout/which didn’t qualify as medium rare. The flavor was great but would have like a more tender finish throughout. Other than that everything was good. Valet could be improved if the circumstances permit. Not complaining but it was raining and cold and there was no cover from the elements.

    We enjoyed a birthday dinner and the waiter was amazing especially being as busy as they were and very accommodating on a time crunch. The sliced filet was perfect!

    Our waiter Carlos helped to make our anniversary meal memorable. He was professional,pleasant and engaging. The food was prepared as requested and was delicious. An added bonus was the complimentary Happy Anniversary desert which completed a wonderful experience. Can’t wait to go back!

    The server was both gracious and professional. The food was also exceptional and fairly priced. Great for celebrations and special occasions.
