Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We celebrated several birthdays at once, an annual event for us. Food and experience in point as usual. Wine selection never disappoints. Food and service amazing.

    We went for a birthday celebration. Evan was our sever and made the experience excellent. Food was great and menu had a nice selection. Definitely going back.

    Food was good, but service was not what I expected. Probably because we were in the bar area. Recommend main dining area.

    Awful, which is the opposite of our usual experience here, whether at the bar area or in the dining room. What happened? Ask the main bar tender. Approximately on Monday, April 24th 2025 at approximately 5:45pm until about 7:15pm or so.
