Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We love visiting the different Capital Grille locations across the country. CG Seattle was smaller than most, but the service was fantastic. Our waiter Arne was very amenable and informative. My husband ordered a special 16oz bone in filet with blackened garlic seasoning and it was delicious. I order the same at each location, the Sliced Filet with Fig essence. While good, I found it was missing a bit of the flavor I’m used to. If we were local to Seattle, we would visit again.

    This was my second experience dining at The Capital Grille and I really like this place for the skilled preparation of ALL their menu items, product quality, and attentive and unhurried service that matches the comfort and visual ambience of the restaurant . This evening our party enjoyed bone-in ribeyes and filets (easily shared), lobster bisque, prawn cocktail and crab cocktail, a wedge salad, truffle fries, sautéed spinach, baked potatoes, and coconut cream pie and the brûlée cheesecake. Each and every item came straightaway from the kitchen and expertly prepared to order. Gracious hosts and a great server named Jake made for a memorable evening and deeply satisfying meal. Keep up the great work!

    We had an amazing dinner. We ordered the tower, Kona NY strip and Tuna…all 10 out of 10! Love Capital Grill. Never disappoints. Have eaten at Capital Grill in many states, and all are amazing!! Highly recommend

    Most places have lowered their standard after Covid. Not the capital Grille they have remained fabulous!
