Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     This is one of our go-to special occasion restaurants. The food is always delicious and the service is welcoming and timely. It is on the noisy side, something that is less appealing as we get older:)

    The salmon was undercooked and our waiter was not checking in on us! Had to reach out to others for service. Steaks were fabulous but didn’t give us a knife. Overall we had a nice birthday dinner, but I was underwhelmed by our service. They ended up not charging us for the salmon meals to make it right. Which was very appreciative.

    Capital Grille is a steakhouse and has maintained excellent service and quality over the years. The steaks and chops are top quality, but so are the side dishes, and are always perfect. They truly go the extra mile for special occasions and I have been choosing Capital Grille for special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, graduations) for more than a decade. They always wow my guests and make them feel like a rockstar.

    Food was great. Wonderful service. My only preferences would be that most restauran provide some sort of vegetable side with a steak dinner. I felt this would have rounded out the meal. Personally, the bread would have been a more pleasant experience with an oil/vinegar dipping sauce option with the butter. Little things are holding back this experience, but staff and plating were delightful. We had the Ribeye steak and mashed potatoes.

    Excellent service. Our waiter was great, proper and discreetly interrupting our conversation while checking in on us frequently. Food was great. It’s been a long time since I’ve been here and good to see it was just like before.

    We have always had great service and the food has always been “elevated” classic steakhouse. We brought a friend who had never dined here before and he was very happy with his meal. I remember having 2 size options for the filet mignon in the past as a 10 oz is quite large. Our filets were overcooked some, but still had good flavor. The glazed Brussel sprouts with bacon were impressive.
