Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Nice dinner except for 2 filets ordered medium came out very undercooked and had to be returned for more heat. Jordan the waitress was excellent . It was a quiet night so can’t figure how they weren’t cooked properly We went with Rich and Denise, Chris Kim and Brian I had the filet on the bone which also was a bit undercooked I kept it rather than risking it being ruined. The surf part was a delicious lobster tail. Kathy Rich and Denise had the sea bass which was excellent.

This restaurant has become our go to special event place. So few of these experiences remain. Not only is the food exquisite, but it’s almost a throwback to “fine dining“. The uniformed staff is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and incredibly attentive. The last time we went for Thanksgiving, at the end of the meal, the waiter handed us his business card and recommended that the next time we came back, we asked for him and he would be sure we were well taken care of. Who does that? Totally amazing. Cannot recommend this highly enough.

Always a great experience at the Stamford, CT location. They forgot about my celebration, but overall the service and food were wonderful.

The food was done perfectly. Our water, Andreas, was attentive. Only thing that faltered was the drinks, not up to par.
