Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The service was impeccable. Cat our server was extremely kind and thorough. We were able to enjoy each course before ordering the next. The food was exquisite and good portions.

    We always have dinner at Capital Grille. This was first time we had lunch there and it was wonderful. Surprisingly reasonable prices, delicious food, and terrific service. I had the salmon, husband had the ribeye sandwich and daughter had the gluten free chicken. Extensive gluten free menu! The food was perfect. Will definitely have lunch there again.

    Had a lovely time with my daughters out to celebrate my birthday. It was lovely- the steak was cooked perfectly and everything was delicious/ great service also!

    We ate here upon arrival from the airport. Excellent food! We both had the seared ahi-tuna. Very quiet, perfect for couples wanting a lunch to talk and enjoy. I recommend the truffle parmesan fries, seared ahi tuna, and the mint lemonade.

    I usually enjoy dining at this restaurant, but my recent visit was disappointing. Despite my 9:00 reservation, we weren’t seated until 9:40. and when I brought up my concerns to the manager, he was uncharacteristically dismissive. The side dishes were overly salty, This was the first time I’ve had an experience like this here, so I hope it’s an isolated incident.
