   The Capital Grille is a classic steakhouse with an outstanding menu. The porterhouse steaks ordered where cooked just right. The bacon is a must as an appetizer along with the truffle fries. Our dining experience was a delight!

   When making our OpenTable reservation, I noted that it was our anniversary. We were seated in an alcove, and small heart stickers were scattered on the table. After having an excellent meal, a dessert arrived on a plate with the words "Enjoy your anniversary."

   My steak was undercooked. The chef reheated it and put more sauce on top. It didn’t taste right due to the peppercorn cognac sauce going under the heat of the broiler. For these high prices I would have expected a new steak. Very disappointed.

   Way overpriced for mediocre food. Steak was ordered medium and came back charred. Way too expensive for a non-memorable dinner.

    It was our first time here and in the city and this place offered great food as well as the atmosphere. But the best part was the service Robert Fagan gave us. He was very friendly and had lots of great recommendations. We definitely recommend coming here and asking g to sit at Robert's table, best service!
