Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     This Capital Grille location fell short on everything. The food and service is usually top notch. Today, the service was poor. The server did a poor job of almost everything, including serving of the wine. The macaroni & cheese was dry noodle with liquid at the bottom. I ordered a medium well steak. I usually order medium. The filet was burnt/ overcooked on the edges, medium and then rare. I asked for it to be put back on for a few seconds. It came out dry & well done. The Brussel sprouts had no taste. We ordered a French wine and the server brought out the wine in a separate glass and poured it into the wine glass. This is service we expect from a regular sit down restaurant, not Capital Grille.

    There was hair in my friend lobster crab cake. My order was wrong Very surprising because the Capital Grille is usually very good food and service We were celebrating my friends birthday so this was very disappointing. Deborah Graves

    We were fortunate enough to have the legendary Wayne Anderson as our server last evening. While the experience and meal itself spoke for itself and the Capital Grille brand, Wayne was a perfect host and is a true master of his craft. Thank you, Wayne, for making our evening that much more special.
