The place was fine. It’s definitely there for the convenience of a show. The service was okay and the food was just okay.

After hearing such good things about this place, it was incredibly disappointing, from the aroma when you walk in, to our waiter’s attitude and general service level. Our “baked cheese” was burnt so badly that it was impossible to even chip it out of the pan, the cocktails tasted like vinegar (undrinkable), and the food was so over peppered that it was unpalatable. Three stars is too generous.

The service was very good. I enjoyed the ambiance and decorations for Wicked. Unfortunately, the food was less than stellar. My burger was very greasy, messy and incredibly over salted to the point of being almost inedible. If we didn’t have to leave for the show then I would’ve sent the food back. Great locator a Paramount show.

Noise level is too loud. Servers are shouting to take orders. Table conversations are difficult to hear!

Highly recommend the steak. The coconut cream pie was amazing. Not too sweet and very light. Perfect meal and great drinks!

Had an excellent time at the Carlile Room for my mom’s 73rd birthday! They were so accommodating with her needs as a wheelchair user, and there is quite a bit of wheelchair accessible seating. Staff was friendly and attentive. I wish I would have gotten the name of our server, he was a delight! Food was delicious. Tbh I thought with their proximity to the theater that they could probably get away with just being “ok” due to the convenient location but the food was very good. Get the pork belly. I thought it was so fun that they themed it out for the Wicked show. The “no one mourns the wicked” drink was surprising and fun (and tasty)!

Came here before a show at the Paramount Theatre. I was also celebrating my birthday. The service we received by the manager was outstanding. The food and drinks were great. Definitely allow yourself at least 2 hours if you are attending a show. Overall, we were pleased all around. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent food…excellent service…fun vibe! Perfect spot to celebrate my 13yo Granddaughters birthday! Special thanks to our wonderful waitress! Wish I remembered her name, but she knocked it out of the park!
