The Cellar at Duckworth’s combines gastropub fare from our chef-driven menu, with a tap list of specialty and rare beers served at appropriate temperatures to their styles, and signature cocktails that are hand crafted to order by our mixologists. Inspired by an era of time that’s long past, the underground space built originally in 1912, naturally has a speakeasy, prohibition-era feel with its original brick walls and exposed ceiling joists. Even our attentive staff dresses the part from the era. We hope to take you back in time for a bit while enjoying good food and drink with friends and family.

    Great food, great ambience. Six of us dined and our server didn’t hide his annoyance when we asked for separate checks. I commented on that to our group and one said he’d been snarky prior to that, but I didn’t notice. Since we all ate and drank such different things, perhaps servers should make the going in assumption that separate checks will be needed and stop making such a big deal about it. Other than that minor situation, it was a great night.

    This is one of my faves… last night wasn’t the best… the cellar Paloma wasn’t good & my date had to send his drink back 2 times because it wasn’t made right. Tried the sea bass… pretty small portion of fish more rice & bread with tomato sauce filled the plate but the fish was still pretty good.. Brussels were good.. the food was good it was mainly the drinks and server didn’t come over as often.

    Overall great experience. Fantastic ambiance, extensive cocktail options and a creative menu that was well-executed and delivered. Steak was mildly overcooked compared to the desired order temperature but this by no means took away from the overall experience. Would have been great to have a few more dessert options as well, but everything we ordered was delicious.

    The Cellar is a nice little restaurant with great ambience. The dim lighting and old brick walls are a nice throwback.

    This was an amazing experience. We loved the cocktails that they had and the history lesson. Ambiance was great for celebrating a birthday.

    Great drinks and staff, the food has great options. We got oysters and fries as an appetizer and they took 40+ min to come out due to a kitchen error. Staff was wonderful and apologetic. Would go back and try other dishes
