Delight in a carefully crafted four-course menu, expertly paired with exceptional wines. Begin with a velvety Mushroom Cream Soup, paired with the 2020 Soda Canyon Ranch “Timeless” Red Blend. Savor Dry Aged Duck Breast with Cherry Reduction and King Trumpet Mushrooms, complemented by the 2019 Silver Oak “Alexander Valley” Cabernet. Indulge in a Creekstone Ribeye served with Aged Cheddar Mashed Potatoes and Red Wine Demi-Glace, paired with the 2018 Silver Oak “Napa Valley” Cabernet.
