The Cookery was founded by Chef David DiBari. Comfortably located in Dobbs Ferry, one of Westchester’s quaintest and most beautiful river towns, The Cookery has embraced the positive energy exchanged from its local patrons and uses it to fuel the quest for great food and ceaseless creativity. As usual, chef DiBari goes over the top with his creativity, originality and perfection of his craft! I started with a delicious Bourbon, almond cocktail. We had the bone marrow stuffed clams for appetizers, my husband had his all time favorite pork osso bucco, and I tried the pasta special, with chicken livers Madeira wine, pistachios and Cocoa. The pasta sounded a bit strange but it was delicious! Our waiter, Bryan, was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu, plus a really nice guy! I highly recommend The Cookery, one of our favorites.

Confidently outstanding and inventive cuisine in a laid back yet nice atmosphere with knowledgeable but always warm service. An immediate recommendation for anyone in Westchester, and worth the trip from New York or elsewhere.

Delicious as always! The branzino en croute entree was so flavorful. The octopus appetizer was also perfect. Service was top tier. Love this place.

Wonderful overall experience. Chef DiBari is so innovative. There's something special about every dish on the menu. We had the Osso Bucco and it just melted off the bone. Great selection of appetizers and desserts as well.

It appears to be your average gastropub that is in many of these small towns along the Hudson. Which in a way it is. Except for the food. The food is better than many 5 star restaurants anyway in NY.

This was the first time having pistachio flavored pasta (rigatoni in my case) and I was awesome. It was cooked with fennel and was absolutely delicious. My wife had the duck liver cannolli and she loved it as well. The service was excellent and attentive. Could not have had a better dining experience close to home!

Food was good, smaller portions but not small enough i had to order extra food. Also it was good, but I don’t believe the price was worth the value.

We LOVE the Cookery. Been going there since they opened over 15 years ago! Dave is an amazing chef and has the best staff.
