Welcome to The County Cork Wine Pub. The "Cork" as we are known is a classy, but casual restaurant. We have a unique menu using the freshest ingredients available. We offer an extensive wine list, as well as a selection of craft beers and a full bar. Happy Hour is best spent at The Cork where all small plates are $7 and drink specials. The Cork is your neighborhood meeting place, whether you desire a quick bite from our lite fare selection or a night out with friends. Enjoy the evening experiencing our incredible menu and succulent specials at reasonable prices. Our Butcher Block and Cheese Boards are enjoyed by many of our customers with a bottle of wine. We have the best brunch in the "Burg". An extensive a la carte menu featuring benedicts, steak and eggs, omletes anyway, corned beef hash and much more. We also have an all-you-can drink Bloody Mary Bar for $10.00. Come experience the warm atmosphere and exceptional service. You'll come as guests and leave as friends!!

We cater on and off the premise. We can prepare any menu you like or we can design a menu together. We have been to private homes as well as held special occasions at the restaurant. From holiday parties, to birthdays, to anniversaries, we would love to be a part of your special occasion.

Parking details
There is ample parking out front and additional parking in the rear. We are located in a strip mall center so it is a free private lot.

We have live entertainment every Friday and Saturday evenings. It is often one or two musicians playing acoustic guitars and usually classic rock is played. We start the music around 8:30-9:00 so as to not disturb the majority of diners. If we are still busy with a dinner crowd, I may start the music a little later and they will play til midnight or after.

The County Cork does not disappoint. Throughout the years, I have enjoyed the various cocktails, wines and delicious foods prepared in a small, cozy setting. I also enjoy the specials offered on various evenings. The menu is creative and delicious, with certain standard items remaining on the menu and interesting new offerings available. The wait staff is personable, accommodating and efficient. The only detractor is the noise level. When full, it becomes hard to hear the company you are with.

Always excited to dine at this venue. Every year my wife and I schedule our Valentine's Day dinner here. Occasionally, we go, just because. The food is amazing. Try the dry rubbed ribeye, my favorite. Staff is always courteous and engaging. Small town feel. Music was available. Overall, a terrific time. Thank you.

Always enjoy dinner at The County Cork! The Valentine's Day special menu had several great items; I thoroughly enjoyed the Smoked Beef Spare Ribs entree. My Gin Martini was crisp and dry, just about right; Creme Brulé for desert with delicious caramelized sugar crunchy top! Highly recommend to folks in and around Sykesville/Eldersburg, or anyone visiting from out of town!

Great food, music and service. Had to wait 35 mins for our table though WITH a reservation so they need to manage that better. Felt that they could have comped a drink or app for that but no real acknowledgement of that. So they need to manage reservations better. Otherwise hostess dinner best and food was great. We will be back.

We appreciate the 4 stars and positive comments but very much apologize for the long wait you had and like you said, with a reservation. We always try and get our reservations sat within 10 minutes, any longer is not ok. For this I do apologize again and we should have done something for the long wait. Sometimes when it's busy the server or hostess doesn't always notify the manager or owner, so please don't hesitate to ask to speak with someone should this ever occur again. It would have been our pleasure to at minimum acknowledge the situation. Appreciate your letting us know and hope you will be back again soon.
