    After having less than ideal experiences with the previous Creek restaurant management, we decided to try it again for Christmas Eve. To our surprise, they had a fix price menu of $110 per person for the evening, but this offering was not mentioned when we made reservations nor was it on their website. It was deceptive. They deliberately hid this offering from customers. We saw several people walk out when they told people of this offering. Since it was Christmas Eve, we had no other back up plan for our meal. Unfortunately, the food and service was subpar for the price. Everything was rushed, and there was not enough staff to serve meal for this price point. What was most upsetting is most of the staff was outside congregating instead waiting on tables. I would not recommend this restaurant, for there other establishments that do not deceive customers and offer better service for this high price.

    I am really sorry that you had the worst night at our establishment. Every single year at the creek for Christmas and New Year’s Eve has been a prix fee menu. What I don’t agree is that you’re supposing that we deliberately hide information to our customers. In this restaurant we work really hard to make our patrons happy and work on Holliday days that you are enjoying with your family. as new owners we are committed to serve and take care of everyone that crosses our doors. I hope you took the time to speak to our manager about your experience. What I can say after 15 years in the industry is that I have never deceived anyone. It is completely the opposite we work for you because we know that your are the most important ingredient in the industry. Merry Christmas Jean Tardif

    The atmosphere at TheCreek is so warm and inviting. We were seated right next to the musician, but were still able to carry on conversation with our party of four. Two of my party enjoyed the French Onion soup and I ordered the beet salad. Both were delicious. The duck l ordered for the entree was perfectly prepared, as was the filet one of the members of my party ordered. The other two had the pasta dishes which were amazing. Our waiter was knowledgeable about the food and the wine list, and provided spot on service. I highly recommend this restaurant!

    We were visiting from San Diego and the Creek was recommended to us by family and friends. Everything from the food to the staff was top notch! Our waiter, Eduardo, was fabulous He was attentive and professional. It was my mom’s 90th birthday and he made her feel special; even bringing her key lime pie for dessert! We would come back again and again if we lived in the area. Thank you for a memorable meal.

    The restaurant has new owners and needs to work hard to recover the consistent quality of good food and service from the previous owner. Thankfully, the guitarist still plays on weekends. He adds great ambience. The menu is similar but missing some key items - Salmon in parchment with veggies and cauliflower steak to name two. Salads are actually better because the greens are better quality. Salmon dish was mushy and not prepared in a hot enough pan and had too much oil. Our party had a vegetarian who had nothing to choose from other than sides or a pasta based dish. The sides had to be modified because of an over abundance of bacon and ham. Service lacked as our waiter was not a familiar face and had difficulty managing his tables. The manager took care of us and tried very hard to make amends. The last straw was no decaffeinated coffee with desert! Prices are higher and quality is lower.

We understand your concerns and truly appreciate your patience as we continue to adjust and improve under new ownership. We're glad you enjoyed the guitarist and noticed the improvements in our salads. We're actively working on enhancing the menu, especially when it comes to vegetarian options and the quality of dishes like the salmon. We also appreciate your comments on service and will continue to focus on better training for our team.     We have been to the Creek many times. Food was excellent, our server, Gerardo, was great and left no detail out. It was our 53rd anniversary and we appreciate how they took care of us.
