Located in the heart of Upper King Street, The Darling Oyster Bar is housed in a 115-year old historic building that enjoys a storied past. A mix of the original 1900’s reclaimed wood, whole exposed brick walls, classic tile, antique molding, and nautical theme combine to create a setting that is all at once convivial, charming, and comfortable.

Everything was super! Delicious oysters, perfect Martini, excellent service, overall it was a great experience. I just hate how much the cost of dining out has gotten for two people. $200 bucks out the door. Can break the ole bank ya know.

Service was great. Food was very good. $4/oyster was ridiculous. We split a half dozen when we typically would eat at least a dozen each.

we were so excited to come to this restaurant but although the food was good. the menu was limited we felt, I got 2 apps and a salad....I was expecting a fuller menu! our waiter was a huge talker, very friendly, but talked everyone's ears off. 1 `

We loved our dinner. Our server(sorry I forgot his name) was so professional, knowledgable and just the right amount of fun. He answered questions for some of our picky eaters and made great recommendations and was super patient with us. The food was amazing! The oysters with the caviar....top notch! Lobster roll- delicious, and the collards had the perfect amount of smoke. Everything that we had at our table was delicious!
