    The waitress did not seem engaged in serving us. The hotel and The Drawing room is run down, the tea pot my tea was served in was chipped and dirty for previous use. The egg salad croissant had been sitting for a while and the bread for the other sandwiches was crusty, so that meant either old bread or sitting out for a while. The serving tray looked like it had not been cleaned between uses also. We had not finished out tea, but were asked if we needed anything else! The quickest part of our High Tea was getting the bill. The Prince of Wales was always a destination! I think I will go back to Toronto to the Windsor Arms, there I at least get high quality food, presentation and service. I don’t think I would go back to the Prince of Wales any time soon. Such a disappointment!

    Overall good. You can only pick one tea - which is unlike my other tea experiences. And some teas are upcharged (you have to pay extra) - which really doesn’t make much sense Tea gets cold and there are no refills. Food was good. They did accommodate dietary restrictions which was great. Overall ok but subpar compared to similar tea experiences in UK and US

    We had a marvelous time having afternoon tea. It felt special! Brooklyn was exceptional! The food was delicious! It was perfect! Oh, and the cupcake came with a candle for my mom’s birthday. It was a simply wonderful experience!
