The Edge Restaurant and Bar at the Timberline Condominiums is offering wines by the glass, draft beers, craft cocktails, and food specials. Chef Jason DeBacker, German background influences an alpine menu with flavors from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, and Italy that will delight your taste buds. We invite you to savor our fondue accompanied with cuts of baked bread, fresh green apples, vegetables, and sausage. Other signature items include our homemade German wurst and schnitzel. The Edge's menu has gluten-free and vegetarian options. Reservations are available on Opentable.com.

We had a special three course Valentines Day menu. The food was all tasty and the service was outstanding. We loved the shrimp and scallop appetizer. I hope it’s on the regular menu. It was our first night In Snowmass, and the meal made it a great way to begin our trip. Kudos to all the staff.

Food was outstanding. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered his recommendations. They were able to accommodate a change in our reservation last minute which was much appreciated. Would definitely go back

All in all a pleasant evening. Staff was personable. Good beer on tap. The weinerschnitzel was servieceable. Do not order the potato pancakes or the warm potato salad. The chocolate cake and apple strudel were very good.

The worst experience ever! Was NOT informed in advance, but when we arrived on Christmas Eve, the only available option was this prix fixe menu of $100/person (+compulsory service charge of 20%+) with very limited selection. It’s fine to have a prix fixe menu on Christmas Eve, but not with this kind of quality without informing clients in advance. Will never visit again.
