    Delicious steaks and wonderful service. Love the complimentary house mini old fashioned to begin. Superb service and ambience with great views. Very expensive , however

    Excellent service by our waiter Raphael! Chef was on his game tonight! Wonderful from start to finish! Chef’s name I think Darrell? Or Darren? Beautiful ambiance goes without saying. I highly recommend!

    The ambiance is lovely. The service is very polite but could have be more attentive. The food was somewhat disappointing. It was Christmas Eve prefix menu which is fine. However I’d highly recommend the menu include more than just one choice of steak for the final course given it is a steakhouse. In general the food was just okay. Our our medium-rare steak arrived very rare and was sent back for more cooking. I’d try it again on a non-holiday evening and without a prefix menu.

    Xmas eve price fixed too expensive for the experience. Food was meh and service was slow. However I should have know better since these special holiday menus are always dash for the cash. Oh and ps... when I made the res on OT, I requested a la cart and not price fixed however when I got to restaurant it was only price fixed at $265 per person.

    Food was cold and salty. Had always wanted to dine here but was very disappointed in the food. Service was good, staff are friendly but the food is better and hotter at an Elmer’s.

    We went for Christmas dinner, the hotel is beautiful, the ambient is great but I was not very impressed by the Christmas dinner, it was too pricey for the quality and quantity of the food.

    For the Prices they are charging, and calling them selves fine dinning they are dropping the Ball. There are so many things that I could point out, but I do that only when I fee that they have a chance of listening and caring enough to make changes. In this case I do not feel as though anyone is listening. Such a beautiful location that could be so much more.
