Established in 2002, The Knife is an authentic Argentinean steakhouse experience, where you can enjoy over 15 different cuts of beef, chicken and pork, all grilled to perfection by our expert "Parrillero" (Grill Master). Our system allows you to try as many cuts as you want, as many times as you please. A dream-come-true for meat lovers! To go along with our delicious meats, we offer a wide selection of appetizers, salads and sides, many of which are original Argentinean recipes. At The Knife you can eat at your own pace, as much as you wish, combining meats, salads and sides your own way, making every meal truly unique.                                               Good food for the price but the server/waiter told us that the lemonade was included but we had to $15 on a simple lemonade when the bill arrived. Not the most honest approach.

                                              The experience was very bad, I would definitely not spend my money there again, the meat was very bad and tough and the service was very bad. I hope they improve their service.

                                              Great place it was everything that it said it was. The food was endless and as a self proclaimed Carnivore and tactical athlete it was perfect. Florentina our server was awesome. The place was loud and to be honest with you filled with people who I guess thought they were at a 5 star steak house and not an authentic Argentinian bbq. Rude and obnoxious people paying $49.99 for all you can eat kept the lines long and the servers tending to them and not able to do their job. But all in all a good place.

                                              Salad bar was fresh and excellent. Many delicious options. Meat was good but they do want to overcook it. We like our meat medium rare but many of the diners there prefer medium well. We had to tell them to pull it off the grill so the meat would not get overcooked. Also, the more expensive cuts of meat were not readily available. No Filet, No Entrana (skirt steak) and no Tira de Asado (Miami Ribs). My wife asked about the ribs and was able to get some after an over 20 minute wait!

                                              Salad bar sucked, meat selection sucked, “free” wine they gave you sucks. Everything, other than our server, sucked! Never waste my money here again.

                                              This was a quiet place for lunch, while it is a buffet and self service , all staff were incredibly helpful and nice. Fantastic grill selection ! The restaurant is on the second floor, accessible from the exterior end of the mall. Decor is simple and bathrooms are very basic.
