One of the standout dishes is the Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli, a classic Italian dish that features stuffed pasta tossed in roasted garlic beurre blanc with a touch truffle oil.     Join us on February 18th for an intimate 4 course tasting menu paired with exclusive wines from Hearst Ranch Winery. Hearst Ranch Winery was founded in 2010 by Steve Hearst and Jim Saunders, who share a commitment to sustainable agriculture, resource protection, and historical preservation. Steve Hearst, great-grandson of media magnate William Randolph Hearst, brings a legacy of community involvement and a dedication to quality. Jim Saunders, a lifelong resident of Paso Robles, California, has deep roots in the local agricultural and ranching community. Together, they established Hearst Ranch Winery on the historic ranch that was established in 1865 to produce premium wines that reflect the unique terroir of California's Central Coast. The winery's estate vineyard, Saunders Vineyard, spans 350 acres in the Estrella district of Paso Robles. The winery offers a variety of wines, including Malbec, Petite Sirah, Petit Verdot, Tempranillo, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon.     Kitchen came to play tonight. Put it in the work and it was reflected in their overall performance tn. 3 stars of the game: 1st star: Lasagna found a way to battle through adversity and put there team in front. Risotto delivered on all accounts, real team player 2nd star: Beverages were moving there feet all night long and really got into their opponents heads. 3rd star: Service battled hard in the corners and ultimately put the group on top this evening.

    Went here for Valentines. Was incredibly busy but service was top-notch. Waiter was very attentive and quick to notice things like finished foods and empty drinks. I sat in the atrium in -20º and wasn't cold at all! The lights and fireplace in the atrium also set a nice ambience. We got the cheddar fondue. Its lighter and creamier than the traditional gruyere + wine fondue which I prefer, but wasn't bad. The tartare was a really good appetizer though. Drinks were also really tasty, our waiter gave us good cocktail recommendations. Only complaint would be the noise levels. In the atrium, there was music playing but it was simple too loud. I felt like i had to raise my voice to talk at times. However, inside the restaurant, it was a lot quieter. I felt like it would've been more enjoyable inside there than compared to the loudness of the atrium.

    Service was on point. Friendly staff and even changed out one the items on the Valentine’s menu that I am allergic to. They were extremely fast with topping up water and clearing dishes from each course. Highly recommend this establishment and will be back soon.

    We love living room as it is a town Calgary spot! We love the happy hour and shafts. However we aren’t super impressed with the wvrst or tenderloin that came with the fondue. Just wasn’t up to the standard that living room usually provides. Service was impeccable however . We will be back again as usually.

    The beef short ribs was well cooked but bland.The Autumn salad was nonsensical being plated so the salad was squished to the side curve of the plate and leaving 95% of the plate completely empty and white. Waitress told me to mix it up but then it’s just a gross and small blob with only 4 beets! I have mentioned this at my last visit. 100% of my friends and guests made the exact same comment 1-2 months ago. Yet, no change or acknowledgement was made. Beef gnocchi was fantastic. Charcuterie was the best Living Room has made. Service needs significant improvement. A nearly $300 beef brisket was cut into 4 for 6 people. Knife and utensils were not left behind for us to cut or lift the pieces out. When I asked for a serving spoon, we were given tiny tongs large enough to lift sugar cubes. We were given then same steak knife as our setting to cut. Basically, we self-served our brisket in a big mush because we had to “saw” through the brisket that fell apart as we lifted to our plates with tiny tongs. It was a complete mess. And the waitress said the kitchen had no serving knives or utensils. This shocked all 6 of us, paying for an $800 meal. When we finished and ordered coffee, it took 15 minutes before we had to ask for dessert. Dessert was never offered to us. The crème brûlée dessert tasted like custard. Overall, it seems little care went into the preparation and presentation of our main meal and dessert. Previous feedback was not considered with the Autumn salad which means the restaurant management disregarded it or the chef refused to make a logical and popularly requested change. See other reviews. 6 ladies, 5 are moms wanted a nice evening out but left to serve ourselves a mess of a beef short rib with no serving utensils. The wine selection and choosing with the waitress was a disaster. She and missed the mark telling us the most tart wine was the least tart. It’s too embarrassing to come here again with guests.
