My reservation was at 8:15. We got seated at about that time but waited 25 minutes at the table and no waiter/waitress would come to take our order. No menus or even a glass of water. I went to the hostess to ask if she could send somebody to take our order and she said “somebody will come” and proceeded to move on with her night without doing anything about what I said. At that point my wife and I just stood up and left. I was actually expecting a good experience and meal but with this kind of customer service, it’s imposible to have a good evening.請問這對你有幫助嗎?

It was a great experience as usual, however, they were out of a lot of things. I got the Pacific Rim and they didn’t have the tuna, they were out of a lot of craft beers, and when we ordered our chocolate, the waiter wasn’t sure if they had peanut butter. Fortunately, they did have the peanut butter but it just seemed like they were out of a lot of different things.請問這對你有 幫助嗎?

We have eaten at The Melting Pot many times. I’d have to say this was not the best experience. The cheese was so salty. They corrected it but the fix was weird and it didn’t mix well. It was separated cheese from liquid. Never had that happen before. They did away with the cauliflower as a dipper for the cheese too. What I look most forward to is the dipping sauce the yogurt curry. They were out and it broke my heart, lol. Then while just starting the dessert out bill came. We didn’t look at the bill as we were eating. The server came back a moment later to take the payment. We were ready yet and she waited for the card so she could close it out. I did mention we might need a to go box… she never came back to check on us. We had to go to the hostess to get a to go box after waiting for her to come back for about 20 minutes.請問這對你有幫助嗎?

I had an 8pm reservation and didn’t get sat until almost 9:30pm. Once sat, our service was horribly delayed. Although our server was very kind, he took 25-30 minutes between each visit to our table. We have dined at several Melting Pot locations and have always been pleased with the level of service and quality of food until this trip. From the moment we were greeted until we left, the whole experience was a disappointment. From a hostess that wasn’t very accommodating for a 2 burner table due to celiac disease, which we got after telling her we would have to leave, to cheese fondue that was not edible, they did swap it out, to missing lobster tails, which we finally got, to a basically non existent server, I could go on… For some reason this night was just a huge miss. It was great! Our server, Noel, was fantastic! I’m gluten free and they accommodated my needs with zero issues! Gluten free replacement for anything I couldn ’t eat, the gluten free brioche bread, brownie, and snickerdoodle cookie was amazing! We have ate at the melting pot several times. We enjoy the food and atmosphere. Tonight was made so much better by the absolute top tier service of Trisha W. She answered all questions and made our visit even better by provide outstanding service! I encourage you to request her as a server on your visit! It was AMAZING! We were celebrating our engagement and they made it a very special night for us. Our server, Jada, was so thoughtful.
