More than a restaurant, Oyster Loft is an experience, where the excellent service is rivaled only by the flavor and beauty of our dishes, upscale cuisine and regional seafood dishes artfully prepared. Dine with sparkling views of Pismo Beach, and enjoy appetizers, seasonal main courses and indulgent sweets.

Oyster Loft boasts a menu rich with fresh fish. Our raw bar features a variety of oysters shucked on the half shell from both the east and west coasts. The menu also includes seafood dishes, shellfish preparations and a selection of meat to round out the offerings. The range of the menu offers you the opportunity to choose your dining experience.

The location is right on the water boasting complete sunset views with an upscale ambience to match. Our overall experience has consistently been five stars with quality service and carefully curated dishes. The chef is phenomenal as he thoughtfully creates and prepares each dish. Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re seeking a superb dining experience.

Among the best legitimate dinner services in Pismo offering: Phenomenal bone marrow Raw bar and amazing selections Seafood Tatakis Great wine list Amazing decor and vibe! In Pismo Beach for 8 nights and ate here 3 times. So far.

Had to sit outside. Chairs are uncomfortable. And it was cold even with heaters on. Heaters did almost nothing. I asked to turn them up. And they said they couldn’t. Would have been great if we were inside. Next time I go bits inside or not at all unless it’s summer

Our waiter was very kind and attended to all of our needs! I believe his name was Michael? I’m not the best with names, but he mentioned that his daughter was in college. Thank you for the great service!!! I will be coming back soon.

Oyster loft is a must, views are amazing! Our waiter was amazing, we stayed about an hour after closing time and never felt rushed, whole staff is great and the food is phenomenal!

As always, our waiter, Matthew and the staff is top shelf, creative, innovative, appetizers, and small plates as well we go for and of course, a dozen of the most creamy delicious oysters. Matthew makes the whole experience, fun and relaxing.

This place has an amazing view! We sat in the outside covered area which had a prime view. At sunset. The service was great! The food was delicious! We had a lot of the raw items; oysters, tuna poke tower, albacore ceviche and crudo sampler (which actually is not crudo but actually sashimi but was still delicious). We also had the octopus and caesar salad which was not your ordinary caesar salad. It had bacon and a 6 minute boiled egg. The smoked old fashioned was delicious, smelled amazing (apple and campfire smell) and was quite a show. They also had amazing local wines and for those who like wine I will tell you they had great glassware too But honestly what stole the show was the desserts. The corn cake was Amazing!!!! So delicious and different.. We also had the bread pudding which was also delicious but slightly less delicious than the corn cake. Also we went with our kids. There is no kids menu but our kids are great eaters and love raw and cooked seafood so they ate all the food we ordered and loved it. We will definitely be back again.
