The Palm Court’s Afternoon Tea truly shines with custom tableware and china, a fragrant tea list steeped in history, and of course, a bit of precocious Eloise too. Guests are invited to nibble on our in-house Pastry Chef’s unique culinary offerings like delicate finger sandwiches, buttery scones and elegant desserts, which are all made from scratch with local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients.

Hours:
Breakfast* | 6:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Confirmed breakfast reservations at The Palm Court
are reserved for hotel guests at this time.

Afternoon Tea | 11:00 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Evening Prix Fixe | 6 p.m. – 11 p.m.
Reservations are not required but recommended
*Evening prix fixe menu ends at 10:30 p.m.
*Based on hotel occupancy. Hotel guests will be priority.

Here's to the Plaza's storied past and limitless future to include live entertainment, grand buffet, live music, full bar and complimentary midnight toast of Roederer Cristal to ring in the New Year. Keep these four walls filled with the buzzing excitement that makes our castle on Central Park a location that continues to withstand the test of time. We will welcome guests at 9PM through 1AM. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will be non-refundable. No shows will be non-refundable.

The Palm Court at The Plaza Hotel was a dream come true for my sister and I. We grew up loving Eloise, so being at the same place it was filmed was incredible. The food itself was just ok. The pretzels and dessert were the most enjoyable. The service was pretty slow and attentive when needed.

Way too expensive for what it is! They let everybody who wants to see the Hotel Lobby and entrance in. After we habe paid and stand up to leave a Guy from Venezuela came to our table with his 2 Kids and showed us Google translater to ASK for Money for the Kids and his wife. We clearly stated that we do not want to support him or either donate some Money. He followed US to the bathrooms and outside. That was a very scary Situation. Would never visit this place again.

Outstanding… the food was beautiful, and the service was outstanding throughout. It was an experience we’ll never forget, and the fuss they made because we’re newly engaged made especially memorable.

Great experience: Khalid was our server and he did a great job: cheerful and prompt, anticipating our wishes. He also took a very good photo: he knows the best angle to get the best view of everything that creates the ambience and excitement!

From the minute we walked in we were made to feel special ! The staff were attentive and continued to ask us about our experience the whole night , for a 30th wedding anniversary dinner I couldn't have asked for more. The only negative , too much food to consume for two people !

Servers at the restaurant were great. So were the hostesses inside. Food and tea were delicious as always. The gal checking reservations at the entrance to the hotel to admit guests inside could use a refresher in customer service. How about welcome guests warmly with a smile? Say hello or good morning? Make eye contact? Literally anything other than the cold front she put on. Maybe she hates her job? For paying $500+ for tea time lunch you shouldn’t act like we’re inconveniencing you. She also didn’t offer the lift for my stroller and just watched us struggle carrying it up the stairs and no one grabbed the door to help. They stand on the stairs looking down on people trying to come inside like they’re better than everyone else. That part is odd.

We were not impressed with the food I have food intolerance to gluten and diary they couldn’t accommodate I couldn’t have the afternoon tea collection as a substitute they gave me 3 sliders instead and we were served at different times and service not adequate!!! Very disappointed.
