The Palm Court’s Afternoon Tea truly shines with custom tableware and china, a fragrant tea list steeped in history, and of course, a bit of precocious Eloise too. Guests are invited to nibble on our in-house Pastry Chef’s unique culinary offerings like delicate finger sandwiches, buttery scones and elegant desserts, which are all made from scratch with local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients.

Hours:
Breakfast* | 6:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Confirmed breakfast reservations at The Palm Court
are reserved for hotel guests at this time.

Afternoon Tea | 11:00 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Evening Prix Fixe | 6 p.m. – 11 p.m.
Reservations are not required but recommended
*Evening prix fixe menu ends at 10:30 p.m.
*Based on hotel occupancy. Hotel guests will be priority.

Here's to the Plaza's storied past and limitless future to include live entertainment, grand buffet, live music, full bar and complimentary midnight toast of Roederer Cristal to ring in the New Year. Keep these four walls filled with the buzzing excitement that makes our castle on Central Park a location that continues to withstand the test of time. We will welcome guests at 9PM through 1AM. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will be non-refundable. No shows will be non-refundable.

    Una cena terribile per la qualità del cibo servono soltanto pane non è specificato bene il menu si presenta di tante portate, ma in realtà sono tre mini sandwich terribile di qualità. Non è proprio un servizio dal Plaza che ricordavo. Ho alloggiato tantissime volte negli anni, ma negli ultimi cinque è davvero peggiorato.

    It’s the plaza- we loved the interior and the service was good - nothing too special, forgot about our drinks at some point. The food was disappointing- we weren’t aware it was a set menu, which is fine, however it was dry and I would say the afternoon tea was below the average. We’re British so we had a fair share of those.

    The food and service was really good. The only negative thing is they automatically takes 18% in tip without asking. It's pricey from the begging so 18 on top is a bit much. It would be nice to be asked how much you wanted to tip

    The food was not that good at all especially for the price point and I was very disappointed. The setting is lovely at Christmas but I would not recommend this experience to anyone .

    I loved The Plaza Hotel. The Palm Court was beautiful, the service was great, our server Mohamed was amazing and super friendly! I can’t wait to go back for the afternoon tea.

    Incredibly rude servers. Our meal was $965 for 2 adults, 2 kids, and 2 beers. With that kind of price tag you’d expect fantastic service.

    It was a disgrace. $100 per person to eat a pretzel. It was nothing special and would not go again. Complete waste of money.
