The Palm Court’s Afternoon Tea truly shines with custom tableware and china, a fragrant tea list steeped in history, and of course, a bit of precocious Eloise too. Guests are invited to nibble on our in-house Pastry Chef’s unique culinary offerings like delicate finger sandwiches, buttery scones and elegant desserts, which are all made from scratch with local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients.

Hours:
Breakfast* | 6:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Confirmed breakfast reservations at The Palm Court
are reserved for hotel guests at this time.

Afternoon Tea | 11:00 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Lite Fare & Cocktails | 5 p.m. – 11 p.m.
Reservations are not required but recommended
*Lite Fare menu ends at 10:00 p.m.
*Based on hotel occupancy. Hotel guests will be priority.

Service alright… price outrageous for quality.. they didn’t let me get coffee without ordering food (even though I ordered 100 dollars of dessert) ambience phenomenal. Wouldn’t go back but good to experience once

Not overly impressed to be honest Very expensive and wasn’t worth what we paid. Could have found better for cheaper elsewhere no doubt. Service …. Considering it was the famous plaza and the service was as average as anywhere you would get. Ambience was very. Beautifully decorated and lit. From this experience it seems the name carries it in terms of booking getting bookings and price justification

Kazi was an outstanding waiter and brought the experience to life. Our daughter turned 14 and felt so special and celebrated. The staff was thoughtful and welcoming

Over $400 for an hours food experience, some (although not all) staff were not friendly (would not let me use the restroom) and overall is nowhere near the standard of The Savoy in London.

While beautiful, there were several things that left me disappointed with the Plaza, it was very overpriced for what you got. The dress code was not adheared to by many of the patrons which was sad. What had intended on being a special meal with my husband to celebrate our trip was an ok meal surrounded by scruffy people. We had better priced, better dressed and better food at Sarabeth’s just down the road when we had lunch. Will not be returning, don’t waste your money

Warm hospitality and thoughtful prep for my gluten-free needs. It’s the priciest afternoon tea around but the food and service was excellent. The muffin was really crumbly and fell apart on contact but flavorful. The lemon curd is the bomb! Wonderful!
