The Palm Court’s Afternoon Tea truly shines with custom tableware and china, a fragrant tea list steeped in history, and of course, a bit of precocious Eloise too. Guests are invited to nibble on our in-house Pastry Chef’s unique culinary offerings like delicate finger sandwiches, buttery scones and elegant desserts, which are all made from scratch with local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients.

Hours:
Breakfast* | 6:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Confirmed breakfast reservations at The Palm Court
are reserved for hotel guests at this time.

Afternoon Tea | 11:00 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Lite Fare & Cocktails | 5 p.m. – 11 p.m.
Reservations are not required but recommended
*Lite Fare menu ends at 10:00 p.m.
*Based on hotel occupancy. Hotel guests will be priority.

Food was stale, service was sub par. Ambiance was overrated. They advertise holiday decorations up until January 12th, but it was long gone by then. Save your money and go someplace else.

You DO NOT go there for a “good deal”…you go there for the experience. The food was TOP notch. We had a bottle of Champagne (around $175) for the bottle) plus the teas and sandwich towers. Darn, it was great. Even better was the caviar…not good, GREAT! Get it! I don’t get paid a commission - LOL…we just had a great time and the experience was LUX.

We’ve been to The Palm Court several times over many years and this was our worst and likely last visit. It is no longer a special experience. They are trying too hard to be “creative” with the food offerings, and the pairings simply didn’t work. The savory sandwiches were terrible! It was such a disappointment. We kept asking ourselves why they would create such awful combinations? For the price, it is absolutely not worth it. There are so many better places to go for a better experience. We used to love coming for afternoon tea at The Palm Court but we will choose a different place next time.

My tea at the Palm Court made me feel like the birthday princess that I am. Ten out of ten outstanding experience and can’t wait to come back again. Servers and all staff were excellent!

Came with my 2 nieces to afternoon tea to celebrate their Sweet 16s and the girls were treated like royalty! The hostess gave them sparkly pink “Birthday Girl” sashes, they had photos taken and 2 chocolate mousse cakes with candles were brought out so we could sing happy birthday. Our server, Mary Alice, was very sweet and attentive. It’s the Plaza, so the atmosphere is always magical! A fantastic day was had and the memories we made were priceless.

Definitely overpriced and did not meet any expectations. Services was ridiculously slow and unprofessional. What I thought would be a relaxing and exciting afternoon tea turned out to be disappointing and a tourist trap.

This was our second visit to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it will continue to be our tradition. Food, spirits and tea are top tier. Service is always personalize and they go above and beyond. Celebrating here is something we look forward all year
