    There is a small FREE lot located at the rear of the building just West of our patio, it is first come first serve. As well there is paid parking on the North and South side of the building and meter parking around the block. Please note, parking in the Dennys lot will result in ticketing or towing.

    It was our first time eating here and we had an excellent time. Service was quick but not rushed and it wasn't too loud even though it was quite busy.

    Food was so good! The service was great as well, and the manager came by to check on us and make recommendations as well. We are excited to go back.

    Booked a reservation a 2 weeks in advance. Got placed next to the bar. Our server was alright but disinterested. Mains were meh but appetizers were good.

    Food was very underwhelming, they have a lot of “twists” to staple foods that are perfect the way they are.

    They accidentally made my pizza with regular cheese instead of vegan & had a new one in front of me within around 5 mins which was great. We always love coming here, it’s our favourite date spot.

    This is my third time at Parlour. The service was fantastic. Everyone was extremely friendly and polite. The food was very good. Margarita pizza seemed a bit greasy and the Malibu Sangrias were not up to standard due to no pineapple juice being available. (One of the reasons we came was for this particular drink). The value of the food was excellent. The Thirsty Thursday specials were great!! Upstairs was quite warm unfortunately, however our group enjoyed ourselves. I would come again based on past experience and the great service.

    We arrived early for our reservation, they still sat us immediately. We were greeted warmly with enthusiasm when we arrived. Our waitress was very nice, and helpful not inly with service but giving directions on how to get to the theater we were going to after dinner. The gentleman that greeted us also brought drinks to our table and made recommendations for supper. The restaurant is comfortable, and had a very welcoming vibe. Even packed with music playing we could easily hold a conversation without yelling at each other. 10/10 would definitely recommend checking this place out. The coolest thing, even though it was winter they had the patio fireplace burning. Just a really homey, welcoming addition.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our meals! As a group of four people, we shared two orders of calamari to start and that dipping sauce is incredible. Two of us ordered the delicious rigatoni and adjusted the heat by adding the crushed peppers. My husband had the lasagna which he said was phenomenal and my 20 year old daughter had the mushroom ravioli which came with fantastic braised short ribs. Our server was very attentive and frequently checked our table to see if we needed anything. I absolutely recommend the Parlour Italian Kitchen & Bar! Here’s a hint… go between 3:00-5:00 to enjoy great Happy Hour prices!
