                                                      This restaurant was recommended by friends, who said it was their favorite in Punta Gorda. We were very impressed with the variety and quality of the food, as well as the service and atmosphere. We'll be back!

                                                      Food was excellent . Our server Maryjane was personal and efficient . The owner came over to say hello and ask how everything was going. It was my first time coming here and would highly recommend. Exceptional !

                                                      They helped re-arrange our reservation so we could arrive 20 mins early. The burger and also the scallops and coconut rice were outstanding (as always). We are glad they re-opened so quickly after the hurricane.

                                                      The Perfect Caper is amazing. Great, friendly, and knowledgeable staff from our greeting/seating throughout our dining experience. Definitely a place to share with friends and enjoy a variety of well prepared meals. Absolutely finest wait staff in the area……bar none.

                                                      Another fabulous meal at the Caper! We had the warm goat appetizer, brussel & apple salad, green goddess salad, miso salmon, duck a deux façons and the crabby scallops. Great service, great drinks ( we love the pink fedora!) and delicious perfectly cooked food. We’ve never had a bad meal here and is always a must go to spot while in town.

                                                      Both the food and the service were exceptional. I went early so the noise level was low. The ambiance was warm and friendly yet also sophisticated. I had salmon sashimi appetizer which melted in my mouth, tenderloin medallion perfectly cooked to medium rare, and the green beans were delightful (tender, but with a little crunch). The fingerling potatoes were tender but not overcooked. I wanted a cabernet sauvignon and the waiter's recommendation went very well with the meal. Even my coffee (black) was good.
