                                                      We frequent Michelin Star rated restaurants wherever we travel. The Perfect Caper is absolutely serving on this caliber. Upon entering you are greeted by a gracious host who immediately found us a spot at the niche bar, which was quite busy. The bar has lively attendants who serve great house stuffed olive martinis. From there our host escorts us to our cozy table for two where we enjoyed a Christmas Eve designed menu. Lobster/Palm heart salad, crispy fried shrimp over avocado and delightful healthy portion of a lemon drizzle and finally our perfectly seared scallop topped with crab and an artful creation of candied lemon, a lovely surprise taste; all over black rice and baby bok choy. The meal ends with a Carmel butter tort that we will long remember as the “best dessert we’ve ever had.” Special mention to Mary Jane, our server who delivered our courses with a flair worthy of a starring evening!

                                                      Excellent food & service, as usual. The question regarding value in this survey is a little silly—no one comes here for the value. This is a fine dining experience & the prices reflect that. The only negative in my opinion was a $1.50 upcharge for lemon wedges for our water. We’ve dined all over the world & this was the first time I’ve ever seen this.

                                                      From the appetizers to the main course, specialty drinks and desserts, it was all fabulous!!! Our waiter was terrific, very knowledgeable of the food and made great suggestions when asked. This restaurant does not miss on anything. I highly recommend!!

                                                      Everything was beautiful and tasty. The pork bellies were a little bit dry and overcooked, which is unusual because they're usually done to perfection. My pasta and mushrooms were delicious, our server was a little slow and looked quite stressed as the place was very busy good for you guys always a pleasure.
