   Authentic Santa Fe experience. Food was good all around. 2 of us had enough to take away. Spicy Margarita was excellent, flavorful, spicy but not too much. Crab cake was wonderful. My partner is particular about her food and completed the SantaFe Enchilada without delay or comment. Our friends steak looked fabulous. I had the lamb shank and the accompanying side was excellent, but I should have gone medium rare. Staff was excellent, we were there in a Tuesday so there was no ‘turn the table’ push. Santa Fe and NM are one of my Heart Homes. I’m so happy I was able to have the experience with my Mom, our former neighbor recently move to NM and my partner. Life is precious, eat well!

   I first dined at The Pink Adobe in 1987 and was delighted to see this charming restaurant is still lovely! The food was delicious and the service "spot-on" - I highly recommend this historic restaurant,

   We booked The Pink Adobe last minute and and didn’t know much about it prior. Wow! What a charming, historical, and special restaurant! The ambiance, service, and food were amazing. I highly recommend eating here when in Santa Fe and look forward to our next meal here.

   Service was exceptional! Rubia is a delight, knows the menu well. Ask to be seated where she will be your sever! Drinks were good, as expected. The food was great!! I can’t believe some of the negative remarks I’ve read. Our dinner was delicious. The Beet salad is one of our favorites! We always order a beet salad if it’s on the menu .. this was superb! This is a must do again place for us

   I brought a client to the pink Adobe to see if it was a good option for a rehearsal dinner. Evan, the new manager, was so gracious and accommodating!! We were treated like kings and queens...He provided us with so many options and really bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. My bride was thrilled and needless to say we will definitely book this space. Oh, and the food was amazing..
