WE LOVE FOOD

We believe in an eclectic yet approachable love for food. Our chefs draw from foundations in classic French and Italian cuisine, finding inspiration in seasonal and local ingredients that offer a modern twist to each dish. Our ever-changing menus reflect the efforts of our collaboration with unique purveyors, local farmers, and artisan producers. Join us for an elevated, unpretentious dining experience.


Our patio is now open! Reserve online by selecting "outdoor" option or give us a call at 303-297-1215 and we will do our best to accommodate the request. Our outside tables can seat a MAXIMUM party size of 4 only.

****PLEASE NOTE: Our patio is uncovered; in the event of rain, we will do our best to accommodate everyone inside but cannot guarantee a move is possible. Additionally, our patio is NOT DOG FRIENDLY.

    Everything we ate was delicious. Beautiful, fresh, food exquisitely prepared. Service was better than excellent. The Plimouth is not to be missed.

    Nice meal in a low key and relaxing setting. Prices are considerably higher than when we last dined here with cocktails now $15-$17 and entrees up around $45-$50. And the food and service are great.

    Great experience at Plymouth. We sat at the bar and Bryan the bartender gave us great service and was also fun to talk to. Food was stellar. My day has gluten intolerance, and they went out of their way to accommodate her specifications while also making the meal Tasty and similar to other plates. Two thumbs up!

    Oh how we love this restaurant! The staff is top-notch adore Tina so professional. The food is out of this world love watching the sous chef every dish can’t wait for the seasonal changes. We could eat here every week.

    Lovely neighborhood bistro. Service, drinks and food all great. Only complaint is that the prices seem very high, especially for the main courses. 39.00 for vegetable plate? 50.00 for chicken? Stick with the small plates!
