WE LOVE FOOD

We believe in an eclectic yet approachable love for food. Our chefs draw from foundations in classic French and Italian cuisine, finding inspiration in seasonal and local ingredients that offer a modern twist to each dish. Our ever-changing menus reflect the efforts of our collaboration with unique purveyors, local farmers, and artisan producers. Join us for an elevated, unpretentious dining experience.


Our patio is now open! Reserve online by selecting "outdoor" option or give us a call at 303-297-1215 and we will do our best to accommodate the request. Our outside tables can seat a MAXIMUM party size of 4 only.

****PLEASE NOTE: Our patio is uncovered; in the event of rain, we will do our best to accommodate everyone inside but cannot guarantee a move is possible. Additionally, our patio is NOT DOG FRIENDLY.

    Lovely farm-to-table restaurant with neighborhood feel and amazing food. We went for our anniversary and it did not disappoint. We shared the Hasselback sweet potato starter, I had the gnocchi (vegetarian) main course and my husband had the grilled venison rack. He finished up with the creme brûlée. Wish there were more vegetarian options for main course. Service was great (without being overly attentive) and we look forward to going back!!

    My husband and I went for a mid-week date. Tina was our friendly and very accommodating server. Food was excellent, especially the cauliflower gratinee and the scallop dish. I just wish I had save room for dessert! We will definitely return.

    From the moment we checked in, our experience was perfect. Our seats were ready, service was amazing. Food and drinks were excellent. Definitely, the best Thanksgiving Dinner. Thank you!!

    Pro tip: Bring your own salt and pepper for flavor. My partner and I were celebrating an anniversary. After researching several dinner options, I settled on The Plimoth. Firstly, the ambiance was lovely, our server was a gem, and the staff was excellent. However, the dining experience could have been more pleasant. We started with a pork belly appetizer. It lacked flavor outside of the apple included in the polenta base. We set our sites on the gnocchi that was next on the order. It was void of flavor, and we had to ask to have it returned and replaced with the braised daikon. Thankfully, the braised daikon was great. Unfortunately, our main course was not. The cracklin' chicken sounded like a slam dunk. After a couple of bites, we decided to call it and ask for a box to go. If a chicken breast were $41, I'd hope it would at least have an essence of flavor. Outside of enjoying a glass of wine and the ambiance, our dining experience left us with no reason to return for another visit. When checking out, I asked for a contact card to share my experience directly, but I have not received a response. I recommend bringing your own seasoning from the cupboard or taking your coins elsewhere.

    The menu options are diverse and taste delicious. Have been multiple times and every time there are different options. I have truly enjoyed very dish.
