The Reserve Steakhouse is located at Harrah’s Joliet Hotel & Casino, located just blocks away from Joliet’s historic Rialto Square Theater, Joliet Historical Museum, Jacob Henry Mansion and Joliet Union Station. The Reserve Steakhouse is an exceptional dining experience for birthdays, anniversaries, and any special occasions.
The Reserve Steakhouse serves the finest cuts of succulent steak, aged for tenderness and grilled to perfection. Prime Rib is a Reserve specialty; served on Friday and Saturday evenings, slow roasted, hand carved and perfectly seasoned with spices. Our signature steaks are hand cut by Chef Tony Florek and his team. The restaurant also serves delicious seafood such as the Reserve Salmon, memorable appetizers, crisp salads and decadent desserts. The Reserve also has a seasonal menu featuring the seasons best choices of appetizers and dinners. A casual ambiance and friendly, very knowledgeable staff are proud and reliable trademarks of The Reserve Steakhouse.

    The service was polite and professional. The food, other than one of the steaks cooked to the wrong temperature, was amazing. The candied bacon, ribeye steaks, loaded baked potato, crispy Brussels Sprouts and the Cremini mushrooms were delicious.

    I've NEVER had a disappointing experience at The Reserve Steakhouse. The staff, chefs and servers alike, are all extremely friendly and efficient, and I've become well-acquainted with several of them over the years I've eaten there.

    Had the Short Ribs and the Salmon, both were excellent. Our server was great, she really took care of us. My favorite casino restaurant by far and I’ve been to several in Vegas. A+++

    Our service with Mariah was great. Her drinks appetizers came out at the very timely manner and we’re delicious. We had the crabcakes. They are delicious. We had the special which was a pork chop with a gravy mushrooms. Cannot wait to order that again. We also got a visit from the chefs in the kitchen to make sure our food was cooked perfect

    Mariah was very courteous and provided prompt, professional service. The prix fixe offering with filet and shrimp was outstanding, as was the tiramisu for dessert.

    The prix fixe menu is a great value especially for food this good. We usually get the shrimp and filet but this time I tried the pork chop and my wife had the strip steak. Very good. Our server Laurie was the best!

    We enjoyed a very good dinner and excellent service. We were a little surprised at the price of some of the offerings compared to similar restaurants; they were higher.

    The food and service were excellent. We had a party of 10 people in a back dining room area and we could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Our server was Laurie and she did an excellent job in taking orders and bringing the food out in a timely manner
