Our location brings out the best in fresh local seafood, dry aged beef, world-class wines and waterfront views - making The Restaurant at Alderbrook a destination in itself.

The interior setting of The Restaurant at Alderbrook takes its inspiration from the outdoors with warm colors of chocolate brown and sage green representing the gardens and lawn of the resort. Floor-to-ceiling windows and multi-levels amplify views of the brilliant shore and snow-capped peaks of the Olympic Mountains.

The cuisine showcases local seafood harvested from Puget Sound and Hood Canal. After all, our shores are encrusted with oysters, our docks lined with mussels, and our sea teems with salmon.

We enjoyed a lovely anniversary dinner here. Food was spectacular! My wife was very happy with the variety of creative vegetarian options. Excellent service!

This is the best place for breakfast/brunch; it is so relaxing and the servers are perfection!!! Shout out to our girl, Kim!!! The food is fantastic and it is overall the BEST!!!

Excellent Manilla clams for appetizer and a nice 8oz. Filet mignon. Our server Charlie was very attentive and the food arrived without a rush.

Beautiful restaurant right by the water. It's so convenient to come here while staying at the hotel. We stopped by on a Tuesday and Wednesday during the winter and the restaurant was quite empty. I appreciate that they have vegan and gluten free options for brunch and dinner. The gluten free bread is so good. They were able to make me a tofu scramble for brunch. For dinner I had a salad with grilled tofu. Last time I had the roasted squash and I didn't like it. It lacked flavor. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful with dietary restrictions.

We always have the best time! My mom and I came for dinner last night and our waiter was wonderful. He is every time we go there! Everyone else we encountered were pleasant as well. The food is always amazing, as are the drinks. Will always be one of our go to places!
