Located in what was once the old train depot in Lantana, The Station House Restaurant has become one of the most renowned establishments for authentic Maine lobsters in the state of Florida. The Station House opened its doors in 1993 and since then has been a favorite of both locals and seasonal visitors for many years.
With a diverse and delicious menu, relaxed elegance, extensive wine list and great service, there is truly something for everyone at the Station House Restaurant.

                                                                  Best lobster south of New England. The mussels in white wine sauce were outstanding. We come here two or three times a year for a special meal.

                                                                  Ordered 3kb lobster. Compared to others at my table was clearly not 3kbs. Waiter outstanding in how he addressed it. Manager came over and belittled me in front of others saying it was a different gender from others. It was clearly not 3lbs . Not sure what the intent or purpose of manager was in this situation. Bargain though our waiter was outstanding which has been a rare experience there.

                                                                  Although the food was very good (steamed lobsters) the service with very poor, especially for a Christmas dinner. Our waiter appeared to be wearing printed pajama bottoms as pants, we were never served any bread and were not asked if we wanted dessert before the check was presented to us. For a dinner that cost well over $300 (for three people), I expect a better experience.
