The Henley is nice. A bit old and out dated. Nothing was exceptional about the food or tea. Our server was kind and reasonably attentive.

The hotel has moved their popular afternoon tea service out of the lobby parlor and into the hotel restaurant due to its popularity. It is a full tea with lots of options. Graciously served. The only drawback is if you have the need for the toilet, it is downstairs from the lobby. Be sure to make a reservation as walk-ins can be accommodated if there is space.

Lovely holiday tea with friends. I recommend it. Variety of sandwiches, scones, treats, and fruit. Glass of champagne included. Food was delicious.

The team didn't read any of the directions in the reservation and weren't very helpful when we asked about gluten-free options. While nit for me, I recognize that those that live sugar heavy tea will love this place

Incredible experience! I surprised my grandmother with this visit and we had so much fun! So much laughter and the ambiance was quiet so we were able to have quality time together. The staff was excellent and attentive. I shared photos with friends and family and they are requesting I bring them when they come visit. The selections for the food was good for vegetarians and meat eaters. There is a good variety of food and teas offered for the afternoon tea. My grandma said the duck sandwich was so good! Thank you for making this experience so special! I won’t forget it!

Highly overpriced mediocre food. The tea itself was good. The table we were seated was so small the tray stack was between my wife and I and couldn’t see each other!

We had a wonderful afternoon tea. The service was excellent, the decorated-for-Christmas setting charming, and the tea, scones, pastries, and sandwiches delicious. We enjoyed it more than others we've had that were much more expensive.

The scones were very good. The rest of the food was just ok. The glass oc champagne was very good. The most disappointing part was the tea itself. Tea was served as a teabag in a pot of hot water. The waiter said we could have more hot water, but if we wanted more tea, we’d be charged more money for it. I think that a high tea the tea should be loose leaf and steep before it is given to The customer. Our waiter was very nice.

We had a Sunday 12n reservation. We were the only ones in the restaurant. By 1p 2 other tables came. Put that to the side, food was horrible!!! Scones were fine but the sandwiches and bread were uneatable. Would not go back. Do not recommend
