The Tavern is a modern interpretation of the classic neighborhood pub in the heart of the Tulsa Arts District. Chef Austin Plumlee's pub-inspired, but elevated cuisine represents only the best in local and seasonal ingredients. All dishes are developed using simple preparations that showcase the quality and flavors of each ingredient on the plate. The Tavern offers a well-curated list of artisanal beer, world-class wine and specialty spirits.

    Tavern's annual outdoor wine dinner and pig roast set in the heart of downtown Tulsa; this dinner is specially crafted to honor the noble and delicious pig. Our featured wines come from local favorite 32 Winds - Ed, his daughter Mia - Both native Tulsans and a small team work together to continue the Mascarin legacy that was started almost 100 years ago. Matt Taylor vinifies the wine and manages the vineyards. Jams will be provided by local musicians Snake and the Charmers. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Tulsa CASA.

                                                                  We came into town for the evening to celebrate my birthday and enjoy the show at Cains ballroom. This was our first time to the tavern, but it won’t be our last. Service was outstanding! The food was perfect, reasonable pricing, and great ambience. We came back after the show Friday night cap and the amazing deviled egg trifecta we’ll be back.

                                                                  I was proud to introduce out of town friends to The Tavern. The food was delicious — we especially loved the hummus!! Yosi was an excellent server, responsive to our requests and checking on us in timely fashion. All of us were most pleased and well-fed!

                                                                  Great restaurant with a great vibe. Slow on service but we did come really late (11:00 pm) so I do understand. Cost was high, but the quality of food was higher! Overall it was an amazing birthday dinner. Easy to reserve a table and it was ready when we arrived. Thank you!

                                                                  We went on a Wednesday and it was half off bottles of wine. We had amazing food and service. We shared deviled eggs, charcuterie, and the strip steak for two. Nice ambiance. Would highly recommend.

Food was delicious but the burrito that I ordered was 90% potato and 10% Barría and for $18 I expected to have a better proportion of potato to meat. I will definitely return, but I likely won’t order the burrito. I always enjoy our visits to the tavern

                                                                  We had nice service and good food and enjoyed the time with our friends. We had the Fish and Chips, Burger and Beet Salad. The burger was very juicy, and the fish and chips were crispy and tasty. The beet salad had a lot of beets with less greens. We will be back :)

                                                                  We absolutely loved our time at The Tavern. It was not my first time but was for my Valentine’s date and it did not disappoint. The service was quick and courteous, our table was perfect, and the food and drinks were delicious. We shared the prime rib for two and the bbq carrots which were both excellent. Now we just have to come back to try all of the other options that sounded equally as delicious. Thank you to the chef, kitchen, bartenders and front staff for the stellar experience.
