Since 1927, Tea at the Windsor Arms has been synonymous with elegant, afternoon indulgence. Relax in our French-style lobby tea room or our majestic purple room with its original working fireplace.

Peruse a selection of teas from Russian Caravan to Sencha; our staff will happily guide you through the myriad of tastes and aromas.

Reserve the Tea Room for intimate gatherings such as corporate functions, bridal and baby showers, or get-togethers with friends. All Tea Rooms are available for either full or partial bookings.

                              My husband and I attended the even for Valentines Day and it was amazing! Our server Jacob was so attentive with us and truly made the experience unforgettable.

                              This was disappointment wrapped in a pretty bow. We arrived and the tea rooms were cute and decorated as you would expect for a High Tea experience. We sat and waited about 20min until our server came over. We ordered our tea and told food was coming. There tea arrived and it was very nice. Food arrived and looked beautiful, but that is when all the good ended. They didn’t bring any butter or jams with the food. We asked 3 servers to bring it over and took over 30 min. The scones were ok at best but the sandwiches were inedible. The bread tasted as stale as one could get it and yet they were all soggy at the same time. The “Cornish hen” tasted like canned chicken from the dollar store that went rancid. Another cucumber sandwich was so soggy on the stale bread it turned to mush when picked up. The mini cupcake that was likely also bought from a dollar store was so stale that it crunched when I bit into it. All the food tasted like they were left overs from a funeral. We barely ate any of it. No server ever checked on us. Eventually we asked a server for our bill after waiting 45 mins for someone to attend to us. No it wasn’t busy or lack of servers. Just terrible service and food was legit inedible. I have been to many high teas in my day and this was a joke. Save your money!

                              Our first Afternoon Tea at the Arms. Decor and presentation were lovely but was a bit too much food for the price $130 per person and we could only eat 1/2 of it. Would suggest less food at a lower price point - also only 1 type of tea selection in a very large pot for each person. Smaller pots would keep the tea warm longer and perhaps allow for guests to try more than 1 flavour at a sitting.

                              The Tearoom at The Windsor Arms never disappoints! My sisters and I spent a lovely afternoon there sipping delicious tea, eating wonderful scones and sandwiches in a beautiful ambience. The service, as always, was impeccable!
