A chic and sophisticated décor provides the setting for our distinctive "world cuisine", a provocative mix of zesty influences that creates a delightful dining experience in Palm Springs, California. Plush high-backed semicircular banquettes surround our dining room and offer comfortable and private seating. The cuisine has a light, exotic feel with an emphasis on Pacific Rim specialties, from Chilean Sea Bass baked in Banana Leaves or Kahlua-Barbecued Pork Chops to all sorts of tasty tapas, salads, wood-fired pizzas, and desserts. The Coral Seas Lounge, a hip mid-century style bar is lined with sexy black leather bar-stools and is reminiscent of the upbeat lounges of old Palm Springs. It wraps around the dining room and leads outside to a lush, tropical, 2000 square foot dining patio where a variety of specialty cocktails and old-school favorites are mixed - an ideal place where friends gather and martinis are sipped under the starlit desert sky.

                                Absolutely love everything about The Tropical! Food, service and lively environment. Best patio in Palm Springs! Our server, Ashley, made our experience incredibly fun - great food recommendations and entertaining banter. Will definately ask to be seated with Ashley again! Always good to see the manager, Michelle, greeting guests and ensuring they are having a good time.

                                Always a fun place. My visiting son and daughter in law came with me last night for Thanksgiving. They had been there once before last year and loved it.

                                As always, superb. This is our annual Thanksgiving night dinner tradition and what we especially appreciate it is NOT being strong-armed, like many other desert restaurants, into a prix fixe turkey menu. We ordered from the fabulous Tropicale menu and like it that way!

                                First of all, every time I make a special request for a certain area in the restaurant, they ALWAYS accommodate it, and the hosts and hostesses are always so welcoming, like they're genuinely glad we got there. Nicole, our waitress was so efficient, never intrusive, and spot on with timing and recommendations; just the BEST! We were there on Thanksgiving which, in many restaurants is a bad idea, but the turkey dinner, and all of the other food and the cocktails were just amazing. Tropicale is one of my absolute favorite restaurant in Palm Springs. They NEVER disappoint.

                                The food was incredible, just delicious. We had the turkey dinner and the cranberry sauce, stuffing and turkey were the best ever! I also just loved the raspberry lemon-drop cocktail. We can’t wait to return to try some other dishes. Tropicale has an excellent chef - great restaurant and our server, Damon, was exceptional!

                                The food was absolutely delicious. The ambiance is one of the best in the desert, service was spectacular. Perfect place for our Thanksgiving dinner!
