Located in Cannon Beach, the Wayfarer Restaurant and Lounge is a favorite of locals and visitors alike. The Wayfarer is most notably known for our seasonal northwest cuisine, memorable guest experiences, and unique views of the Pacific Ocean and Haystack Rock.
We're open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, beginning at 8 am until 9 pm.

We welcome walk-ins for Breakfast and Lunch; reservations aren't required or taken.
While not necessary, Dinner reservations are available. Dinner seating begins at 4 pm-9 pm.

News years eve dinner , would never recommend. I was eating alone so I sat at the bar . The bartender was great , she was the only thing that made the experience good . The food was sub par . They need to clean or do a reno badly . Paying prices like that they need to step it up . It claims to have a view but that is limited. Half the restaurant maybe . The wait staff need to also get cleaner foot attire , dirty runners aren’t acceptable . This was a terrible choice for what Cannon Beach says it’s in the top 6 places to eat. I feel bad about writing a review as it’s not something I’ve ever done but this was a major disappointment . Bartender was great !

This place unfortunately looses most of it’s appeal after the sun sets. Also, the risotto was bland and had obviously been sitting for a while before served. However, our server was more than willing to go out of his way to provide wine pairings and meal suggestions. We felt very taken care of.

We had a 7:45 seating on New Year’s Eve. We were seated promptly. The restaurant was very loud. We could hardly hear each other sitting across the table. They were out of a number of items…. And while the wait staff apologized profusely, it was very disappointing. Food was fine - “Applebees” quality quite frankly. We both came away feeling it was “filler” not delicious. We would have been just as satisfied with Fish and Chips at Mo’s and saved $80.

Restaurant is beautiful d relaxing. Server was attentive without being intrusive. Food was delicious. Highly recommend.

The food was pretty bland for all the hype this restaurant received. There is really only 3 or 4 tables that have any sort of view. Salmon was overcooked and lacked flavor.
