Take the path less traveled and venture just a few blocks off of Jackson’s Town Square, where you’ll find the state’s most inventive steakhouse. The Restaurant at White Buffalo Club’s subterranean speakeasy steakhouse is home to locals and tourists alike. From wagyu steak to masterfully created entrees, small plates, sides, and seafood—there is something to peak the palate of everyone in your group. Chef Thomas Lipko delights guests with an inventive flare of classic steakhouse offerings with local and seasonal ingredients. Match his delightful creations with our extensive wine list and first-class cocktail program and you have a night out that will be remembered. Locals have called the Restaurant at WBC “Jackson’s best kept secret,” but it won’t be that way for long, so reservations are highly recommended.

    We were very disappointed in our meals. The NY strip was terrible.- very fatty and lots of gristle. It was very difficult to eat and my husband had amonly two bites. Our friend ordered a salad and they forgot. Overall, not a good experience.

    The food is fantastic but the service does not match the quality of the food. The bartender is anything but friendly, the servers are not attentive. For the price point, service should be exceptional.

    My only mistake was waiting 7 years to book a dinner at the White Buffalo Club. I’m a photographer and find myself in Jackson often, and in the past I always booked Local. I finally had enough of their attitude in which it seems they’re not at all appreciative of their customers and the last few times I ate there the food wasn’t great. I switched gears this time and booked the WBC instead and I’ll never go back to Local - WBC runs rings around it! I ordered the 8oz filet done medium. I’ve had a lot of filet, it’s my cut of choice, and this was BY FAR the best piece I’ve ever had. It was done medium with the perfect amount of seasoning, cut like butter, and was obviously a high quality cut of beef. For our side we enjoyed the smoked lobster mac and cheese and it was to die for. Jarvis was our server and she was personable and friendly. I’ll never make a trip back to Jackson without a stop at the White Buffalo Club. It was one of the best dinners I’ve had in a very long time.

    One of the best filets I’ve ever eaten! Cooked to perfection. The asparagus and mashed potatoes were fabulous too. Highly recommend The White Buffalo Club! And, the service was great too.

    Celebrated our 40th anniversary there last night (9/24) and everything was awesome! We each had the beef fillet, and they were so tender and tasty. There is just nothing that compares with USDA prime beef. I had mine on the Himalayan salt block. If you've never done that, you need to! And get a flight of three butters. We did black garlic and miso, truffle, and blue cheese. Perfect way to complement a marvelous steak! Finally, our waiter was great - helpful with the menu, friendly but not too much, and attentive but not too much. If we're ever back in Jackson, you can be sure we'll be back at The Restaurant at White Buffalo Club!

    This was the best meal we had during our entire trip to Jackson. The steak was so memorable and the ambience was really enjoyable
